March 2012 Updates!
- Residents can review the Minutes from the 2012 Annual Meeting of January 24, 2012 and the First Quarter Board Meeting February 13, 2012, in the Residents Section of the website. To login, you will need a username and password. Click here to register if you haven’t already.
- The new 2012 McGavock Farms Homeowners Association Directory will be mailed out in March; thanks for helping with the new data.
- As the building/renovating season gets underway for 2012, please remember that any alterations to the exterior of homes, including fencing and color changes of the exterior, need to be submitted to the Architectural Review Committee of the Board to ensure compliance with HOA guidelines. Both the Guidelines and an ARC Submission Form are in the Residents Section of this site.
- The McGavock Farms Garage Sale will be held April 28 in conjunction with our neighboring subdivisions Belle Rive I & II and River Oaks; watch here for more information.
